Service heat pump at The Royal Cliff Pattaya with 1,000 gust room . with heat pump

Model 65kW  with first to service is : which have 3 part

Part I : Wash heat exchange

1.Close swith heat pump off

2.Close valve water inlet and outlet to heat pump

3.Prepare chemical SGE product in tank : rate is chemical 1.5 liter per water 15liter

4.Prepare pipe and connect pipe and pump

5.Open 2 hole service maintenance heat pump

6.Flow and open swith pump to circulation chemical flow to heat exchange 3 – 5 minute

7.Change chemical and put new water in tank. and start pump again.

8.Change new water in tank and start pump second time.

9.Finished and close cover heat pump.

10.Open valve water inlet and outlet .

11.Start at monitor swith on

Part II : Wash Evaporator

1.Remove filter to washing. by use blower or wash by water ( not use chemical )

2.wash evaporator by chemical or water and use soft brush sweep down do it very soft

and use water wash to finished.

Part III : Checking refrigerant and electrical heat pump

1.Checking on monitor hot water tank should be temperature follow set temperature value sample

if set temperature is 55 oC  the heat pump will run and make hot water to 55oC and stop.

2.Checking high and low pressure which high pressure should be 200 – 250 psi and

low pressure should be 50 – 60 psi. if it reduce or leak must find piping leak and solve copper.

3.Chiching electric line R,S,T or L1,L2and L3 , model heat pump 65 kW should be 35 – 37 Amp . it is excellently

4.Clean dust on heat pump , control box and station online and finished.
