- Water Pump Overload
The mistake : cause is adjust value rate overload not devious with rate of water overload pump. or
Overload mistake.
Modify : Checking currant and adjust rate .
: Change new overload.
2.Compressor alarm high pressure
The mistake : Water pump not run
: Over liquid 134a
: Water flow rate less more usual or pressure less more 2 bar
: Control valve have problem ( min PID )
: The mistake of sensor
Modify : Solve water pump
: Reduce liquid R 134a
: Adjust control valve up
: Checking prob sensor may be mistake so make show high pressure , checking temperature water out from heat pump
is real temperature hot water out.
: Change a new pressure sensor
3.Compressor alarm low pressor
The mistake : Liquid R 134a leak
: Evaporator block up or filter dirty.
: Blower have mistake not run
:Expansion valve or dryer block up make cannot flow liquid R134a
: Mistake of sensor
Modify : Checking leak and solve when finished vacuum system and fill liquid R134a
: Clean Evaporator and filter.
: Checking fan blower motor .
: Change Expansion valve or dryer
: Change pressure sensor
4.Compressor overload
The mistake : Alarm the current of compressor is high over rate standard from the rate of compressor overload adjust incorrect.
Modify ; Checking current rate of compressor and adjust.
5.Refrigerant insufficient
The mistake : Alarm the temperature hot water out is low more than setting rate and not over 10 C it over more 30 minute.
which may be liquid R134a is low more standard rate. sample is setting hot water outlet 55 C but hot water outlet flow
low more 45 C
Modify : Checking liquid R134a in system and fill from is loss.
: Reduce % rate of control valve
: Adjust% control valve ( min PID ) over solve by adjust min PID etc from 3.5 reduce be 3
6.Probe of tank / Outlet / Disc. / Suction / Inlet Air / Inlet Water alarm from sensor measure temperature tank / hot water outlet / Liquid part of
compress / liquid part of suction / air flow to filter / water inlet .
The mistake : Sensor measure temperature mistake or loose cable or line sensor lack of access.
Modify : Checking line sensor may be loose cable or lack of access
: Change new sensor.
7.Power Protection : Alarm phase or Voltage
The mistake : Electricity alternating phase or power is not fully phase.
Modify : Checking voltage is 380 – 420 or not

8.Blower overload from the current of motor is high over setting rate
